Lion Air, as part of services provider business, the airline industry also experience turbulences caused by economy, political or social reasons. These issues, however, provide the advantage of compelling many airlines to be more cost effective.rn Lion Air start their business as a small domestic airlines. With the success of travel agency Lion Tours and with vast ambition and an initial capital of 10 million USD, Lion Air was legally set up in October of 1999. However, it was not until June 30th 2000 that their operation was well under way.rn These days, the airline industry is more dynamic and competitive. Nevertheless, with its vast archipelago. Lion Air will continue to maintain Lion Air’s position as the low cost carrier segment in order to continually prevail over other airlines and secure the loyalty of many customers. This has indeed become the key to Lion Air success. While many companies have followed suit, Lion Air believes in being constantly one step ahead of their competitors through ingenuity and innovation.rn This research will analyze what criteria affecting customer choice on Lion Air, analyze the customer loyalty level of Lion Air and recommend strategies to Lion Air how to improve customer loyalty.rn
