PT. Abadi Makmur Ocean is a frozen fish company that establish in Southeast Sulawesi in 2002. The company markets its product in within Indonesia, but soon they will distribute the product to international market. Now PT. Abadi Makmur Ocean is getting better since their business clients is getting more and more, and so is their popularity in prepackaged fish market.rn Being more specific, PT. Abadi Makmur Ocean now tries to expand its business by buying a cold storage ship, in order to get more quantity of the product. So the company range of buying the fish in the market doesn’t focus only in Southeast Sulawesi, but the company can buy the fish from other place. With the cold storage ship, the company doesn’t have to worry about the quality of the fish, since the fish can directly be freeze in order to maintain its freshness.rn So, through this marketing research, the researcher will know how is the customer preferences and buying behavior when the rumor of formalin usage fish product has been spread.rnrn
